At Gamezone, our operations are guided by a commitment to mutual respect and customer satisfaction. We believe in absolute transparency regarding our processes and pricing. Every time you purchase a refurbished game console from us, we provide a detailed report outlining the checks and refurbishments carried out on your device. These reports are securely stored in Microsoft OneDrive for Business under our corporate Microsoft Subscription.
Your communication data is protected using robust multi-factor authentication (MFA), and our strict business policy prohibits any unauthorised sharing of information. Gamezone is a UK-based company, and our data is stored within the UK. However, we cannot guarantee data residency beyond the assurances provided by Microsoft through our M365 Subscription. This same approach to security and data residency applies to all email and Microsoft Teams Voice communications, which are conducted via Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
When you contact Gamezone through our website form, you provide your name, email address, and phone number, along with any message you wish to send us. We do not intentionally share this information with anyone. All business transactions and the information collected in the course of these are kept confidential between Gamezone and you, the customer.

If you purchase a refurbished console or related service from Gamezone, we maintain records of your contact information, the serial number and identifying details of the device, information on any faults, the work completed, and charges if they apply. This information is used solely for our internal record-keeping.

That said Gamezone do not spam, we will only send email to customers who have specifically opted in to receive communications. We reserve the right to refuse service
There may be rare occasions when it is clear that the end result in Gamezon carrying out business for an individual or organisation will not end with good results. If Gamezone feels that a repair or service is not in the best interest of iLogix Computer Solutions or the contacting party then we* will not agree to conduct business and render any services. In these rare instances the decision of Gamezone will be final.

Payment Information:
Any purchases made through Klarna are subject to Klarna’s own terms and conditions. Please note that acceptance for Klarna repayment options is not guaranteed and is determined by Klarna. Before selecting Klarna as your payment option at checkout, we strongly recommend that you review Klarna’s terms and conditions to ensure you fully understand their policies and repayment requirements.

Additionally, any finances pertaining to purchases conducted through Klarna are strictly between you, the customer, and Klarna, not with Gamezone.
