​We are committed to ensuring the quality and reliability of the products we supply. Please read the following returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted strictly within 90 days of the date you receive your goods.

We will only accept returns for items that exhibit a proven electronic fault.

Items returned due to cosmetic reasons (such as scratches, scuffs, or general wear and tear) will not be accepted.

Damage that occurs after you have received the item, including accidental or deliberate damage, is also not covered by our returns policy.​

Devices that have been modified or 'modded' by the customer are not eligible for return under this policy. Any alterations to the original hardware or software will void the returns eligibility, even in the case of an electronic fault.​

Devices which have undergone repairs or repair attempts by any third party, including the customer, will not be eligible for return. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and quality of our refurbishment process, and to safeguard both parties against complications arising from unauthorised interventions. Furthermore, Gamezone are not accountable for, nor will be held liable for, any conduct, opinions, or work, including charges, carried out by any third party, including the customer, whether such actions occurred in the past, are ongoing, or may happen in the future.

Serial Number Verification
To help prevent fraud and ensure the integrity of our returns process, we record the serial numbers of all items sold. Any returned item must have a serial number that matches our records. Returns with mismatched or tampered serial numbers will be rejected.

How to Return an Item

Contact us within 90 days of receiving your item to report an electronic fault.

Provide clear details about the issue you are experiencing, including any error messages or symptoms.

Await authorisation and instructions from our team before sending the item back.

Once your warranty claim is authorised, we will send you a prepaid label for the return, so you will not need to cover postage costs.

Ensure the item is securely packaged for transit and that the serial number is clearly visible and intact.

Repair or Refund Process
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect and test it to verify the reported electronic fault. If a fault is confirmed, we will first attempt to repair the item under warranty. Should a repair not be possible, we will then issue you with a full refund.
If the returned item is found to be free from electronic faults, or if the serial number does not match our records, the return will be refused and the item returned to you. We reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping costs.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to inspect and test all returned items before issuing any refund or replacement.
